A little about Us

The Meaning Behind the Name

What is an Indigo?

An Indigo is defined as one who displays a new and unusual set of psychological attributes and shows a pattern of behavior generally undocumented before. This pattern has common unique factors that suggest that those who interact with them change their treatment in order to achieve balance.

Indigos are believed to possess special, unusual, and sometimes supernatural traits or abilities.

An Indigo symbolizes:

Spirituality, wisdom, devotion, creativity, fairness, impartiality, justice, and dignity.

These are concepts developed in the 1970s by Nancy Ann Tappe and further by Lee Carroll & Jan Tober in The Indigo Children.

Founder of Indigo Tribe and The Indigo Solutions, Jessica Sloma, born in the 70s, never has taken a traditional path in life, yet has created success by pushing boundaries and limits.  Jessica has surrounded herself with like-minded Indigos over her 20 year career.

The Indigo Tribe is built on a team of consultants that are the best in their industry.  A tribe that companies may not have the means to employ. That's where our Tribe comes in. We meet our clients with budgets they can afford and plans that can be ramped up or scaled back - plans for success.

Beware:  they will tell it like it is. They are tuff, yet fair.  They are Indigos.
